I think they do deliver
Had the rice bowl. Not impressed at all. Moe's has a better rice bowl. More spice.$2.00 more, but, has $3.00 more flavor.
Love there rice bowl on the menu, you get a lot for the money and it tastes great.
I actually prefer the flavors and food from Fajita Grill to that of Moe's or Chipolte. And the queso is the bomb-diggity.
The place has the air on in the winter. Several times I have asked to turn it off to get "it's so hot in the back we turn it on". Well the customers are freezing. I go on lunch hour and have heard several people complain of the frigid dinningroom. Terrible uncomfortable.
Love this place, haven't found a thing I didn't like yet. I always go for the queso dip, it's so good I have gone there for just that. It can be A bit intimidating the first time someone goes there cause you don't know what to have them make but it's like subway you just get what you personally like.
One of the last good things Fulton has to offer.Edit: Sadly standards seem to be dropping. Half the time my burrito is cold or my quesadilla doesn't have the cheese melted. It's not like this everytime but often enough to notice.
Was not pleased at all. The food bar that employees pull the food from to serve you was atrocious food was everywhere. They had enough people to work while I was there but instead of cleaning the were standing there looking lost. The person fixing my food was ok I guess but I had to keep repeating what I wanted. It was like he didn't care about his job much. Now on to the food itself. I would have done better going to taco bell at least it would have tasted fresh. I was told this place was a good place to eat. Well I was extremely disappointed. I will never return. That is sad because I love going out to eat and now this is one less place I can go to that I don't have to drive an hour to get to. I have to give it 1 star because I can't post this with NO stars.
The food is always great. They give amazing portions, the waitress Mackenzie was extremely rude and snapped at us to order properly. If she is going to be there from now on I might not come here again.
Didn't like the food & a little expensive!
As good as you can get. Don't know why taco bell thought it was a good idea to move in next door.
Love this food
Great burritos. Good prices
Yummy food, but most impressive is a man came in alone ordering 7 burritos ahead of us. The guy working was juggling it well, and another girl came to assist. They handled it very well with jokes and efficiency. Apologized for our wait and helped us get our food and get on our way.
Food was pretty good, but it's a little pricey
Horrible service! I called to place an order and had them answer the phone laughing in my ear and then they proceeded to hang up on me without me saying anything other than "hello?". When I called back and asked to speak to the manager they acted like there was nothing they could do about the situation and said they're closed. Highly unprofessional and I will be following up to speak with the owner since the management finds this acceptable and has no issues with their staff acting the way they do.
Authentic.Great Atmosphere. Beer available. love those HUGE BURRITOs! Queso & guacamole is fresh and yummy. Love FAJITAS GRILL !
Really good burritos, tacos, fajitas and rice bowls, made-to-order, using fresh ingredients. It's way better than any fast food chain and probably my favorite quick lunch spot in the Oswego area.
I didn't actually go to fajita grill. I ordered some taco Bell the sat the the fajita parking lot eating my taco Bell. I'm sure fajita grill is a really nice place with much better food. I just have not had a chance to ever eat there.
Only been there twice but but always great service and great fresh filling food.
Lol we went to taco bell but it was good thanks for asking 🤣
Very good food and great prices
Mmm GOOD!!!
The food here is the best Mexican around. Their queso is phenomenal. Plus they give you very large portions so there's always enough for a second meal later. Also, there's a $3 off coupon on the back of the Price Chopper receipt
It would have been better if I was served with some sort of decency or respect. I cannot stand when I choose to eat my meal at your restaurant and I'm treated like I am the burden. Top it off, your food is only alright, so you need to serve it with a better attitude and really need to clean up that counter... the workers were throwing food left and right it was a huge mess and it was comparably priced to the rest of the taco / burrito venues, but not even close in quality... I should have known I was in Fulton! LOL
Food was great but they need to turn up the heat. It was very cold in there while we were eating
Everytime I go there I love it more. You have to pay extra for some of the toppings but it's so worth it.
Absolutely the worst alternative Mexican food restaurant I've EVER been to. Filthy, employee's very distant, over priced, quantity of food small for the money. Will never ever return! Taco Bell said to be going in right next door and in comparison to this place, Taco Bell will be awesome! Hopefully they'll drive this place out!
So much better than the taco bell next door lol
LOVE their queso. Had the cheese quesadilla. Service was quick. Plenty of seating.
Always top-notch food and service! The team works well together, keeps the restaurant clean and tidy, and has a sweet rewards program as well! Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting in Fulton or Oswego!
Fresh food, friendly and quick staff. On the expensive side but well worth it.
I can't stay away. I love the food here and think it's the closest I've found to the Mexican food that I got used to in California. The burritos are out of this world and if you're really hungry get the rice bowl. So much good food!
Love this place. Wish it wasnt so expensive
I work in the Fulton area a couple times a year and always try to stop by Fajita Grill for lunch at least once. Today I decided to grab lunch before starting my long drive home. I was stricken by how unclean the food handling area was but thought they might have just had a lunch rush and didn't have time to clean yet. I get my food and all of it is slightly above room temperature (another warning sign). I ate my food thinking I was overreacting. Later today as I was driving home on I-476 when I was hit with severe abdominal pain. I found the nearest rest area and spent the next hour and a half in extreme pain. I have never felt so sick. I will not be eating here again and urge others to use caution. If the food prep area looks unsanitary, then it probably is.
We wasn't impressed, we came in from out of town visiting family and decided to give it a try. Well, I got fajitas and the meat was cold. My husband got a quesadilla and it was better than the cold fajita meat. Just for the to of us it was $22, I think that's a bit high.
First time going. Had guest rave about this place. Thank you guys.
Love it! Great food prepared how you want it
Staff is nice, usually quick service and reasonable prices
Best fajita wraps Ive ever had. Fresh fresh fresh.
Not bad, inconsistent portions and ingredient quality tho.
I love Fajita Grill! They serve delicious food and always get my order right. Sometimes they let their topping station get messier than it should, but the food is delicious. I love to get the burritos and rice bowls! Very filling!!
Nice staff, good portions!
Went to Fajita Grill in Fulton today and we interacted with a young man named Gage. Upon arrival Gage greeted with a friendly face, he was very helpful and considerate when I came to my requests. I appreciate the effort the Gage put in for me and it shows that he truly cares about customer satisfaction. And in a business customer satisfaction is the #1 concern. Again thank you Gage I appreciate the hard work!
Food was great, but time to turn the heat on. I was freezing.
Not really authentic Mexican food. However the food is decent, and I would say the quality of the food Falls somewhere between fast food and a sit-down restaurant. You can sit down and eat in there but there are no waitresses. They have all of the menu choices pretty much ready to go so when you come in and order your food it does not take very long to receive it. The girls behind the counter were young but seemed polite and fairly well trained. I ordered one of the HOT dishes, and trust me it was VERY spicy. Overall a decent place, and it sure beats the heck out of Taco Bell, but it's also about twice as expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
Simply prepared food, very tasty. Excellent queso.
Food is made right in front of you variety of choices is great
A bit pricey but the service is wonderful and the ingredients definitely a step above other fast food. Highly recomend the queso. Please tip your servers they are so friendly and accommodating.
Went here the other day. My fiance and father loved the burritos. I loved the price. $8 for like a 2 lbs burrito. We will be going back. Such a great place.
I was told I had to try this place because their food was amazing. Unfortunately, I thought it was just ok. Of course, better than Taco Bell, but I have eaten at a couple of authentic Mexican restaurants and I don't believe that this can compare. The service was great and it's formatted just like Moe's.
